Track Configuration

We have the option to run either the full circuit or the half circuit configuration, and the option to run either clockwise or anti-clockwise for both. This will be put to a vote at the driver's briefing on the morning of each race day for each category. In the event that there is no clear preferred choice, the race director will make the final decision.

Oddballs/Unclassified Entrants

Anyone with cars that do not fit into specific classes, but wish to join in will be added to present classes at the Race Directors discretion or an oddballs class if numbers allow - 3 racers is the minimum required for a heat to be run.

Booking And Entries On The Day

Booking in advance is still encouraged, it helps us gauge numbers for the day and allows other racers to see who is going.

This year we will also be offering entries on the day. Any entries on the day MUST be paid in full no later than 09:45 on the morning of the race.

RC-Results.com

As with 2025, the race results and live timing will be available for each round at RC-Results.com

We will try to upload all pre-entered racers on to RC-Results before the deadline for pre-registration so that people can see who has already entered.

Times For Race Day

  • Gates open at 09:00, please don't arrive any earlier, we can't guarantee the gates will be open.

  • Driver's briefing will be at 09:45

  • Heat 1 should be ready to go on track at 10:00

  • Each race length will be 5 minutes

  • There will be 2-3 minutes in between heats, with a ~15 minute gap between rounds

  • Racing is usually finished at around 16:00

Championship Format

  • Each driver will be awarded points out of 100 for every round they attend

  • The best 5 out of 8 rounds will count towards your championship total

  • Trophies will be awarded for the first three racers overall in the championship for each class

Marshalling Races

Marshalling is not optional - No marshalling, no racing.

  • Drivers are to marshal the race after theirs, unless they are participating in the following race too

  • If you are unable to marshal for any reason, please try to arrange a substitute to do so in your place

  • Please fill the four corner points first, and then fill any additional points afterwards

  • Marshals are to watch the track in front of their marshal point only, not the race!

  • Marshals are to wear a high-vis vest, as per BRCA regulations

  • If there are not enough marshals to fill at least the corners, we will require volunteer marshals to stand in

  • Abuse towards marshals will not be tolerated; If you don't want to lose time being marshalled, don't crash!
